This solicitation is hereby issued directly to Lotus USA Inc (CAGE code 771V6) for the procurement of 4 cameras, as authorized under the authority at RFO 12.102(a). The Government requires a quantity of four (4) cameras meeting the specifications outlined in Attachment 1 ? Technical Specification Sheet. Delivery is required to Arnold Air Force Base located in TN no later than 3 weeks after receipt of order.
